Preface: Here was original Windows Vista Bar Admin Department, which was found on June 2016 and was abandoned on January 2017 because of some ulterior reasons. On October 2018, the website was opened again, all files are kept now, which aims to memorize the people who has participated in building this website and the Windows Vista Bar in the past.
